Advance replacement
We will ship you a replacement immediately if our engineering team cannot fix the problem. You don’t have to wait until you ship us back the defective before you can expect a replacement. Most of the time, the replacement can be shipped to you overnight.
Extended Warranty
If standard 1 year warranty does not provide the peace of mind you need, we have options to you to purchase 2 -3 year extended warranty on certain model of products. If you require more immediate replacement of hardware up to 24x7x4 basis, our hardware maintenance program might be able to solve your problem.
